The Basics of e-Commerce

The term “e-commerce” refers to any business that buys and sells products or services online. Typically, a website will have a database of products or services and features where customers can browse through and select different items to purchase. Once payment is tendered, the product will be shipped to the customer or they will be able to download it from the website.
